Delivery Areas

At Cheryl’s Greenhouse, we offer delivery services to customers throughout Minnesota. Currently, we do not ship or deliver outside of Minnesota. Please ensure your delivery address is within this area when placing your order.

Free Delivery on Orders Over $99

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over $99! This offer is automatically applied during checkout once your order total reaches $99 or more. For orders under $99, a delivery fee will be calculated based on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery time frame. As your delivery date approaches, we will provide you with a more specific delivery date.

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as order volume, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. If you have a preferred delivery timeframe, please include this information in your order notes, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Process

Our delivery team will handle your order with care, ensuring that your plants and decor items arrive in excellent condition. If you are not home at the time of delivery, we will leave your items in a safe, protected location near your front door or an alternate location you specify in your order notes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a notification with the expected delivery date. If you need to check on the status of your order, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that involves arranging a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any problems with your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
