Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, at Cheryl’s Greenhouse, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Christmas Trees:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges once a Christmas tree is delivered. Please keep in mind, all natural trees vary.

We will work with you to find a solution, whether that involves a replacement, an exchange, or a refund.
